Communication Is NOT Easy...

Communication is NOT easy, personally or professionally. You may know what you WANT to say, but that isn’t what is always heard, and the wider the audience, the more likely you will get a range of reactions.

Take the criticism in stride, know that different people consume information in different ways, remain positive and authentic, and accept that sometimes you may fail to get your message across but you have to keep trying.
